  Absolute worst customer service I've dealt with....not once....not twice....but three times!!! Theirs only a small handful of places that serve a chef salad and village inn is my number one go to when I'm out of town but Logan utah, where I reside, has the worst customer service I've dealt with and that turns my taste buds away. To get denied to make a to go order is pretty crappy! Thanks guys!

  Last night, I went here with a group of friends. The food was good, the service was excellent. We had gone in intending to use a coupon deal that expired 45 minutes after we walked in the door. We spoke to the server before ordering and she assured us that it would work and that she would make sure to bring the checks to us in time for us to use it.
  
  With her reassurance, we ordered accordingly. And after an hour, when we finally received our checks, we went to pay and every single one of us were denied the deal that we had been promised, and had to pay almost double what we had expected.
  We received no kind of compensation and, as college students, this was a pretty big blow to our budgets.
  
  It left a really bitter taste in my mouth about Village Inn. If I were to be reimbursed for what was promised me, my review would change and I'd probably give them 5 stars, but as it stands, I am extremely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.
