  This is a poor excuse for a restaurant. Outdated decorum, Salad bar was dirty and messy, food was mediocre at best. Tasted like frozen food deinitely not fresh

  Overall the experience was disappointing. My husband came here as it is one of the few restaurants in the area we haven't tried. The restaurant was difficult to find, but after climbing three sets of stairs and following signs, we finally found it. We were seated relatively quickly, but the good service stopped there. After a few minutes we were brought glasses of water that had been sitting out in the middle of the dining room and cold rolls straight out of a bag. We weren't given butter, and our waiter was nowhere to be found, so I had to get butter from an empty table. When I needed to go to the bathroom, again there was nobody to be found, so I had to go searching for it and finally found one in the building the restaurant is housed in with help from another customer. Shortly after that our waiter came to take our orders. I asked for suggestions, and decided on the breaded haddock and mashed potatoes. My husband ordered the special. The first piece of fish was so dried out that it was nearly inedible, the rest was slightly better, but honestly I had better fish at O'Charley's in Tennessee. The mashed potatoes were good, but already getting cold. My husband enjoyed his meal, and I wish I had ordered that instead. I was expecting a better experience and better food and likely will not return.

  I do not come here often but when I do everything is to my liking. Food is prepared with great care (I can tell) and is served with a smile on. As for the atmosphere - something can be done for improving it.
